Early childhood care and education

Infant/toddler education, a subset of early childhood education, refers to the instruction of children from birth to age two. Recently, early childhood care education has gained popularity. It is recognized as a crucial stage in a child’s development, encompassing the comprehensive advancement of a child’s character. ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) is also a professional title achieved through a post-secondary educational program. Early childhood care and education (ECCE) extends beyond mere preparation for primary school.

Its objective is to foster the holistic growth of a child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs, establishing a solid and extensive foundation for lifelong learning and well-being. ECCE possesses the potential to cultivate compassionate, capable, and responsible future citizens.
